# Foundry gates for this repo

If the session touches `contracts/`, `test/`, `foundry.toml`, `remappings.txt`, or `lib/`:

1. Run `forge build` and `forge test` before asking to commit.
2. Do not commit with failing forge tests.
3. New first-party hook → matching `test/*.t.sol` in the same change.
4. Listing a first-party hook → `hooks/{slug}.yml` + `npm run validate` + regenerate agent files (`npm run build` or `node scripts/generate-agent-files.mjs`).
5. Still follow `sync-user-facing-docs` and `confirm-commit-push`.
