> A self-hosted, mobile-first remote terminal. PocketShell is not a cloud service and not an IDE. It assumes you already have tmux and a Linux or macOS machine that stays on, and it covers the stretch where you are away from that machine. Your code never leaves your own hardware: the agent runs on your host and the phone is only a screen.

## Site

- [Home (English)](https://pocketshell.net/): what it is, how resilient sessions and replay work, feature overview including the three selectable key layouts, comparison with a mobile SSH client, three-step install
- [首页(中文)](https://pocketshell.net/zh): the same page in Chinese
- [Full demo video](https://pocketshell.net/#video): a 40-second unedited walkthrough — unlock the phone, open the app from the home screen, start a tmux session, launch Claude Code from a saved snippet, compose the whole request in the system keyboard and send it, lock the phone and walk away, get a push on the lock screen when the task finishes, tap it and read the answer
- [Live demo](https://demo.pocketshell.net): the real frontend running against a simulated agent — no install, no host, no signup. Best on a phone; a desktop visit shows the app inside a phone frame. Includes a "try going offline" button that drops the connection for real and replays the missed output on reconnect
