## What It Is

OneManCompany is a platform — not a framework, not a chatbot wrapper, not an agent demo. It faithfully models how real companies operate: org charts, hiring/firing, task delegation, performance reviews, meeting rooms, and cost accounting. You are the CEO (the only human). Everyone else — HR, COO, engineers, designers, QA — are AI employees that think, collaborate, and deliver real work.

- **Employee**: Vessel + Talent combined. Hire from the Talent Market and the system handles onboarding.
