被否 Note 必须保留原提案视角，并说明：

- 要解决的问题；
- 当时提出的方案；
- 考虑过的备选；
- 明确否决理由；
- 哪些路径或场景仍受该结论影响。

不要把普通失败尝试、临时调试记录或个人偏好放入这里。
